Fire safety

All containers are fitted as standard with an integrated fire-extinguishing system, thereby making a crucial contribution to preventative fire safety. In the event of a fire, the system enables both operators and the fire service to effectively prevent the fire from spreading to buildings and neighbouring properties.

Compatibility with third-party products

Our screw compactors are versatile and compatible with all standard docking containers – including existing containers from other manufacturers. This means that existing systems can easily be reused and new solutions can be seamlessly integrated into existing waste management systems.

Feeding can be flexibly adapted to on-site conditions – from the ground, from a ramp or conveniently directly from the building via a feed chute. Automated filling via a lift-and-tilt mechanism is also possible. This allows the stationary screw compactor to be optimally integrated into existing operational processes.

In combination with docking containers of up to 32 m³, the screw compactor enables a compaction ratio of up to 10:1. This reduces transport intervals, lowers disposal costs and supports a cost-effective waste disposal process.

Feeding mechanism

The high-performance feeding mechanism ensures a reliable and continuous feed of material into the screw compactor. It actively pushes the material to be compacted towards the screw, thereby ensuring a smooth transfer of material – even with bulky or flat-stacked cardboard boxes.

Thanks to its own performance-optimised drive, the feed unit operates particularly efficiently and supports a consistent compaction process. The result: higher throughput, optimum utilisation of the machine and consistently high compaction performance.

Powerful drive

The high-performance drive is designed for reliable continuous operation. A robust chain, combined with an automatic chain tensioner, ensures smooth running and virtually maintenance-free operation. Automatic tensioning reduces wear and minimises downtime.

An integrated central lubrication system continuously supplies the drive and bearings with lubricant, thereby extending the service life of all components. The low-lubricant warning is conveniently displayed on a screen, ensuring additional operational reliability.

Thanks to an effective labyrinth seal, the ingress of dust and fine particles is prevented. As a result, the protected chain drive remains durable, requires few repairs and maintains its performance over the long term.

TÜV-certified safety technology and design

A well-thought-out safety concept ensures maximum operational safety. The TÜV-certified safety edge provides reliable protection in the work area, whilst the robust machine and hopper design offers additional safety during day-to-day use.

The system is complemented by a container presence detection system, which only allows operation when the container is correctly docked. This ensures safe, standard-compliant and reliable plant operation at all times.

Cardboard boxes and paper

The screw compactor offers the ideal technical solution for compacting large-volume cardboard boxes and high volumes of material. The generously sized feed opening, combined with the efficient feed mechanism, ensures rapid, trouble-free material feeding.

Whether whole cartons or flat-packed cardboard – the material is reliably collected, continuously fed in and efficiently compacted. The result is a high throughput combined with maximum compaction performance and reduced disposal costs.

Efficient compaction up to 10:1

The high-performance screw quickly and extremely efficiently shreds and compacts the material fed into the machine. Thanks to the targeted, coarse pre-shredding, significantly higher filling weights are achieved than with conventional hydraulic pressing systems.

The generous feed opening and the even, continuous feed of material ensure smooth and rapid processing – even with large volumes of material. The result is high throughput combined with optimum container filling.

Protected drive system thanks to a labyrinth seal

A labyrinth seal prevents minute particles from entering the drive area. This protects the entire chain drive, which has a very positive effect on its service life and reduces the likelihood of repairs.

Feeding device

The feeding device reliably feeds the material to be compacted to the screw, thus ensuring smooth material transfer. Thanks to its own drive, it operates particularly efficiently – even with cardboard boxes stacked flat.

Flexible feeding options

The screw compactor offers customised feeding solutions and can be optimally adapted to operational processes. Loading can be carried out manually or automatically via a lift-and-tilt mechanism. Depending on the location, feeding is possible from the ground, from a ramp or, conveniently, directly from inside the building via a feed chute.

Thanks to its compact design, the screw compactor can be easily integrated into existing operational structures.

Collection cycles are automatically determined based on current fill levels and efficiently integrated into collection routes – resulting in fewer empty journeys and optimally coordinated waste disposal processes.
